Postpartum care for the transition no one fully prepares you for.
Integrated support combining Reiki and intuitive guidance for the physical, emotional, and identity shifts of early parenthood.
When you're navigating recovery, overwhelm, and a complete reorientation of your life, this care helps you regulate, integrate, and trust yourself in your new role.
The Transition
You knew becoming a parent would change everything. But no one fully prepared you for this.
The physical recovery is harder than expected. Sleep is fractured. Your body doesn't feel like yours. Your identity is shifting in ways you can't quite name. The mental load is relentless. And beneath it all, you're trying to care for a tiny human while feeling like you're barely holding yourself together.
You're not struggling because you're doing it wrong. You're in the middle of one of life's most profound transitions.
The postpartum period isn't just the first six weeks. It's the months and sometimes years of physical healing, emotional recalibration, and identity integration that follow birth. This is where most support falls away, but where you need it most.
How This Care Works
Postpartum care at Jade House combines restorative Reiki with intuitive guidance to support you through early parenthood's physical, emotional, and psychological demands.
-

Reiki sessions help your nervous system regulate, support physical recovery, and create space for deep rest your body desperately needs but rarely gets.
-

Intuitive guidance sessions informed by postpartum doula education provide support for the transition to parenthood. We work together to help you trust yourself, navigate the overwhelm, and find your footing in this new chapter.
-

Private communication between sessions ensures you have steady support during the unpredictable reality of postpartum life.
This isn't about telling you how to parent. It's about giving you the restorative postpartum care and grounded support your body and mind need to integrate this massive transition.
This Care Is For You If...
You're in the thick of early parenthood and need support that actually addresses what you're going through.
Your body is recovering but you're not getting the rest or nervous system regulation you need.
You're navigating decisions, identity shifts, or emotional complexity that logic alone can't resolve.
You feel overwhelmed, isolated, or like you've lost connection to yourself.
You want support that's calm, responsive, and understands the reality of this transition.
This care meets you where you are, whether you're days, weeks, months, or even years postpartum.
How Care Is Delivered
Intuitive sessions are conducted remotely via secure video call, allowing care to integrate seamlessly into home life. Reiki sessions may be scheduled during rest periods or naps when possible, though flexibility is always honored.
Our package includes a private, direct communication channel for brief check-ins and scheduling support. This access is designed to accommodate the unpredictability of birth and postpartum life.
This work is informed by formal postpartum doula education and grounded in an understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychological realities of early motherhood. While Jade House does not provide traditional doula services, or medical or therapeutic care, this foundation ensures that support is offered with evidence-based care and context.

Why This Matters
I created this offering because the postpartum period is one of the most vulnerable, transformative seasons of a woman's life, and it's also where support often disappears.
You're expected to recover physically, care for a newborn, navigate massive identity shifts, and somehow "bounce back" while running on no sleep and a dysregulated nervous system. It's not sustainable. And it's not your fault that it feels impossible.
As a mother of two toddlers myself, I know firsthand what this transition demands. I know what it's like to feel like you're drowning while everyone assumes you're fine. I know the isolation, the overwhelm, the loss of self.
This care exists to hold you through it. To give your nervous system the regulation it needs. To help you process the emotional and identity shifts happening beneath the surface. To remind you that you're not failing. You're in the middle of something profound.
You deserve support that actually meets you where you are.
